A3 Blast!

Finally! An inclusive workout that is for EVERYONE!

You will find families and participants from seven to seventy years old taking part in this exciting workout that is always delivered in an educational and entertaining manner!
 
A3 Blast combines different variations of aerobic and strength exercises to suit individuals with different lifestyles and fitness levels. Our coaches are bilingual and are trained to include the delivery of healthy lifestyle messages to participants during the workout.
 
Participants are also taught to design their personal fitness routine by making use of the activity log and the use of portable and effective fitness tools. All these can be found in the A3 Kit given to every participant.

An activity log together with the pedometer, resistance band and SkipFit® rope can be found in every kit!
 
Why the pedometer?
  • Allows for the establishment of step goals
  • A source of motivation, reminder and measurement
  • Provides foundation for team games  
 
Why the resistance band?
  • Fantastic form of resistance exercise especially for individuals who may not be able to perform body-weight (eg. Push ups and Pull ups) exercises effectively.
  • More than 300 different exercises can be performed using the resistance band!
 
Why the Skipping rope?
  • Recognized as a fantastic and effective form of cardiovascular exercise
  • Fun and entertaining
Note: Rope-skipping skills taught are based on The SkipFit System which allows participants to pick up rope skills in a safe, progressive and fun manner!
