ACTIVE AGEING CARNIVAL 2009 (Council for Third Age)

 

Active Ageing Carnival 2009, Suntec City, 20-21 June 2009

 

Vitage Fitness participated in the Active Ageing Carnival 2009 organised by the Council for Third Age, an independent organisation that promotes active ageing in Singapore.

The annual event returned this year, bigger and better than before. It took up six sites at Suntec City Mall, from the Fountain of Wealth to the Tropics Atrium. Each location site was themed around the six dimensions of wellness – Spiritual, Emotional, Social, Physical, Vocational and Intellectual. Seniors participated in a wide variety of active ageing activities.

Vitage Fitness assisted in the promotion of active ageing through live demonstrations of Fit-Band exercises that was scheduled during the two-day event.
