SkipFit® Cardio

Rope-Skipping Aerobics

No experienced needed! Beginners are welcomed!

 

Based on The SkipFit ® System, a popular synchronized skipping programme, SkipFit® Cardio is an exercise to music session for adults. The format for every class is similar to an aerobics session-Warm up, Rope Skipping to Music, Conditioning and a Cool Down component. 

You will learn basic rope skipping skills and practice pre-choreographed skipping routines to music. You also get to practice your very own routines during the freestyle segments of the class!

 

“Walk Don’t Run!” Racewalking Clinic

The All Gain, No Pain Way to Be Fit

An Olympic Sport since 1908, Racewalking is equally aerobic compared to running, minus the impact and burns more calories compared to briskwalking!

Great for  fitness walkers looking to get fitter and for competition.

Also known as Marathon Walking, It is suitable for injured runners looking for an alternative to the wear and tear of running.
