Head and Shoulders

DIY massage!

Participants will work in pairs to practice simple massage techniques that will help them de-stress, reduce tension, improve blood circulation, sleep and bonding between colleagues and loved ones.

  • Introduction to common causes of tension in the muscles
  • Make use of the five senses to bring balance back to the body, mind and soul
  • Acquire simple massages techniques (kneading, tapotement) for the scalp, neck and shoulders

The Art of Aroma 

Awake your senses!

Aroma-therapy is a popular and effective way of bringing harmony back to your senses. This workshop will be an introduction to an art that has been practiced since the ancient Egyptian times.

Participants will learn about:

  • Common essential oils (lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus) and their benefits for different ailments. (De-stress, tension, muscle aches, colds)
  • Different usage methods- in the bath, spray, burning, cold compress, moisturizer
  • Hands-on practice on mixing oil.
