iFit Bootcamp

 

The iFit Holiday Bootcamp is a half day program specially designed to equip students with the essential mental and practical strategies towards exercise commitment.

 

Content for first half of the bootcamp includes:

  • Eliminating barriers to regular exercise;
  • How regular exercise helps to ‘create more time’
  • Social Physique Anxiety (SPA) and how it affects you.
  • How to increase ‘incidental physical activity’.
  • The psychology of Weight Cycling
  • Design a comfortable and flexible workout plan for themselves;
  • Discover the link between good health and success!

 

For the second half of the bootcamp, students will learn the iFit Blast- an interval training that includes rope-skipping, strength training using bodyweight and resistance bands and flexibility exercises.

  • Skip: Get a calorie blast while learning rope skipping skills and drills.
  • Strength: Discover simple and effective strength training exercises with bodyweight and resistance bands (a great tool especially for students who cannot handle bodyweight exercises such as push ups and pull ups).
  • Stretch: Perform a stretch routine that relaxes all major muscle groups.

 

 

Each student will receive a:

  1. Set of Training notes
  2. Pedometer
  3. Jump Rope
  4. Resistance Band

In addition, a free iFit Blast follow-up session can be scheduled upon request!
