Project Fit-Band
Resistance Exercise is EASY!
Most seniors hardly ever partake in any form of resistance exercises at a time when it is perhaps more crucial than ever. Resistance exercise is often equated to weight training which could be inconvenient i.e. travelling to the gym or even intimidating for some seniors.
This program is supported by The Council for Third Age.
SIMPLE, EFFECTIVE & INEXPENSIVE!
The Fit-Band is an affordable form of resistance training suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Weight training add unnecessary stress on the joints and bones, often causing constant pain and difficulty for those using them. Resistance bands are much more beneficial to those with arthritis and osteoporosis. Fit-Band sessions will provide users with added strength and endurance to carry out all sorts of everyday activities.
FIT-BAND EXERCISE SESSIONS
