SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) Bootcamp

Children who achieve competence in the fundamental movement skills have more fun, perceive themselves as more capable, socially accepted and have a positive attitude to physical activity.The development of SAQ® (Speed, Agility, Quickness) Bootcamp is based on two main beliefs:
1. All children should feel good about their physical competence.
2. To not leave the development of fundamental movement skills to chance. The activities in this programme serves as building blocks for successful participation in sports and games. Children will be given opportunities to practice the components of these skills outside of game situations and really learn what their bodies can do!
Experience the most up-to-date SAQ training methods in a fun, inclusive and game-based context! Lesson plans will be modified according to the age and ability level of participants.

Note: SAQ Bootcamp session/s can be conducted as a half day session ie. post-exam activity or 7-8 sessions
