SAQ Bootcamp provides the intensity of a personal training session with the motivation from a group environment. Activities include:

  2. Cone-Based Quickness Circuits- Multi-directional quickness
  3. Reaction Ball Games- Hand-Eye coordination & fun
  4. Evasion Belt Drills- Evasion & Defensive skills
  5. Body Weight Exercises- Muscular Strength & Endurance

Note: SAQ Bootcamp session/s can be conducted as a half day session ie. post-exam activity or 7-8 sessions
