Coaches from Vitage Fitness participated in a series road shows in schools to promote the benefits of rope skipping.
The shows were part of the schools’ assembly programs. The highly entertaining shows featured skipping performances by coaches from Vitage Fitness as well as stage games, quizzes and prizes sponsored by Skippy Peanut Butter. 
 

Vitage Fitness was responsible for securing database of schools for shows as well as choreography of the entire show such as creating the performance script and choreography of the skipping performance.
