Teamwork through Physical Education (TPE)
Teamwork, Excellence & Fitness All At Once!

TPE offers participants a chance to physically, mentally and emotionally experience how behaviors stemming from the values of Effort, Support and Learning (ESL) can help them experience more success as an individual and team.
This objective is achieved through guided discovery via a series of simple yet challenging physical activities, that are conducted in a fun and engaging manner!
Coaching Process
"To be the best that WE can be!"
Every team challenge is attempted twice, the focus is to better their initial effort instead of trying to better another team.
The Challenges
"What can I do so that WE ALL can win?”

TPE Challenges include- Team Challege Circuit, Long Rope Challenge, Giant Parachute, Team Trekwalker, Multi-Legged Race
