- A series of entertaining and unique exercise sessions that combines aerobics with walking movements.
- Participants will discover strategies on how to increase daily walking activities for their health benefits.
- Each participant wears a step-o-meter, which measures their step targets.
The target audience is seniors aged 45 years and above.
